Cary Jay Cross has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 20 years. he has a great passion and respect for the civil justice system. He has most recently participated in settling for the plaintiff in a catastrophic brain injury case for $12 million dollars, a motorcycle accident case for $2.5 million dollars and arbitrated a case for another client to a $850,000.00 award. He also recently tried an intersection collision case with a $500.00 dollar offer from Statefarm to a $5,700.00 dollar verdict in Dallas County. The ability to ascertain the value of a claim is a great asset.

He began his legal career in 1986, upon receiving his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, after attending Texas A& M. He got his first taste of trial experience through the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office.

He has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law since the early 90’s.
